In the Community Garden, we plant almost an acre of a variety of fruits & vegetables.  Approximately 1/3 of the produce is donated to the Kiwanis Food Pantry and other non-profit organizations, 1/3 is distributed to volunteers, and 1/3 is sold at the Farmer’s Market.  Proceeds from the farmers market are used to support the garden in the future and to help charitable organizations within the community.
